Refund policy
Our goal is to fully satisfy You - our mindful and environmentally-conscious customers - by delivery of fresh and sustainably grown flowers directly from our eco-farm.
Flower freshness
All our flowers are grown and shipped from our sustainably operated farm in Cayambe, Ecuador. Our flower orders are harvested daily and to-order, and they will often be sent out in bud form meaning they will last longer. While our flowers are packed carefully in a 100% recycled packaging materials, to ensure they arrive fresh and beautiful, on occasions (and for carrier's service disruptions beyond our control) they may be damaged in transit. If you receive flowers that do not seem fresh or are damaged, please contact our Customer Attention Team at: tech@botaniaflowers.com and we will always do our best to make you satisfied with our flowers and our service.
If the flowers do not meet our own high standards, we will give you the choice of a free replacement at our next available delivery date, or a refund. Please note that you will need to email us a photo of the poor quality or damaged flowers within 24 hours of receipt in order to be eligible for a refund or replacement. If we offer you a refund, we will refund you the full amount within 3 business days. The time frame within which the refund will show up on your statement depends on your financial institution policy.
If you have ordered accessories and you are not totally happy about the condition in which they have been delivered to you, please contact our Customer Attention Team at: tech@botaniaflowers.com so that we can help you to resolve any issue.
Non Delivery
While we take all appropriate steps to make sure our flowers are delivered, sometimes mistakes occur. If we fail to deliver your order (i.e. if your flowers have not arrived on their intended delivery date) we will either send you a free replacement on our next available delivery date, or we will refund you the full price of your order within 3 days. The time frame within which the refund will show up on your statement depends on your financial institution policy.
Returns
Please be mindful to the perishable nature of flowers. Due to this nature we are unable to accept returns on flower products. If you wish to return any accessories for any reason (no questions asked, as long as they are in sellable condition with all original packaging), you can do so within 14 days of the date on which you place your order and we will refund to you the price you paid for the products along with the standard delivery cost for those products. It is your responsibility to pay any costs associated with returning the products.
